Swiss Chicken

Swiss Chicken Casserole II Recipe

1 2/3 C hot water
1 pkg Stove Top stuffing
6 chicken breasts (or 3-4 cut up)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 C. sour cream or milk
6 slices Swiss cheese


Add hot water to stuffing mix; set aside.
Put chicken in 9x13 pan and top with cheese slices.
Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.
Top with stuffing
Cover and bake 350 for 50 mins.  Uncover and bake another 5-10 mins at end to brown and crisp up stuffing.
